TERMS AND CONDITIONS //

These conditions apply to all deliveries from murumuru.dk, where no other written agreement is made between you as customer and MURUMURU. If you have any questions regarding the terms and conditions to which you can not find the answer below, please do not hesitate to contact us.

DELIVERY

We are a small company, and we have full time jobs at the same time as running MURUMURU. MURUMURU is our passion project, but in between working 37 hours per week and spending precious family time, there is little time left. So unless anything else is arranged, we only ship on wednesdays. Please bear with us, and do not hesitate to contact us on our email, if you are in a hurry. In most cases we can arrange a faster shipment. You can also almost always arrange to pick up on our adress in Copenhagen on the day of your order or during the following days.
Delivery from murumuru.dk has happened at the moment the customer receives the parcel. Delivery is made by GLS to the ‘pakkeboks’ nearest your adress.

DELIVERY PRICES

MURUMURU offers free delivery to Denmark and the rest of Europe.

For the rest of the world the delivery price is 250 dkk.

For Norwegian costumers: please note that this shipping cost of 250 dkk also covers the import tax, which from 1rst of january 2017 is charged from the sender as opposed to the receiver.

RETURNS

At murumuru.dk you have 14 days of full return, as long as the item is unused and in same condition as received. We do hope that your are very happy with what you receive. However if you wish to return, please get in touch immediately. Please note: we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.

Please add the receipt, name and account number, and we will wire the money back to you.

DEFECT GOODS

If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact MURUMURU immediately. Alternatively please photograph the damaged package, or send it back to us. If you find that the item is defect or any defects occur within the first two years from the date of receiving, please let us know, and we will find a solution. We are however not responsible for any defects caused by misuse or mistreatment of the product.

PAYMENT

Card payment: Use your card for easy, quick and secure payment. Enter your card details by our secure connection. The amount will be taken from your account on the day of shipping.

Guidelines in case of abuse:

Paying with your credit card on the internet is very secure. However, if someone abuses your details, you are not responsible, as long as you have followed the rules that apply to “use of credit cards”. If you find any irregularities when buying online, please contact your bank for assistance.
